CANCELLATION RULES FOR TICKETS BOOKED THROUGH ORCHID. TAXI

To cancel a ticket and claim a refund, it is mandatory to follow the cancellation rules set by the firm “orchid.taxi”:

1. E-tickets can be cancelled through the ORCHID.TAXI website, Mobile App or from any online portal from where you booked your ticket, whereas counter tickets need to be cancelled at any of the PRS (Passenger Reservation System) counters.
2. For cancellation of E-tickets booked through ORCHID.TAXI, a valid mobile number and email ID registered with the ticket should be provided.
3. cancellation can be done for individual passengers and for the entire ticket.
4. For cancellation of tickets 5% will be charged from the full amount booked.
